Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

We accept returns.
If you use ZenoWell daily for 30 days and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund of your ZenoWell Kit within 30 days from the delivery date shown in the tracking system.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

The product must be returned in good working condition

All original accessories must be included

The item must be returned in its original packaging

Proof of purchase is required
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once you receive return approval from our customer service team, you must ship the product back within 14 days.
Returns shipped within 14 days of approval and meeting the above conditions will not incur restocking fees.
If the product is returned after 14 days of approval or shows signs of missing accessories or cosmetic damage beyond normal use, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply.
Returns shipped more than 30 days after return approval may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
In cases of intentional or severe damage, a higher deduction may apply based on inspection.
